I want to cancel my subscription, can I do that? What are the payment mode supported? Can I start with a starter plan and upgrade to a paid plan by retaining all my configurations? Is there any discount on the pricing mentioned upfront ? Can i downgrade the plan?

Yes, you can downgrade the plan at any time during the subscription. Your data & configuration might be reset when a plan is downgraded as some features may not be available on the downgraded plan. An extra credit, if any will be adjusted during future payments.
